Semi-Private Groups

Interested in personal training but also looking for a group environment? Our semi-private groups are perfect for you. Focusing on the three main lifts—deadlift, squat, and bench—plus technique, these groups are ideal for women eager to explore something new or embrace strength training.

Monday 7:15 am, Tuesday 6:15 pm Wednesday 7:15 am and Friday 7:15 am
